Coelho Group was founded by the Coelho family, whose grandparents arrived from the Azores and settled along the Massachusetts coast. The first building was a corner storefront with apartments above — purchased, repaired, and rented one handshake at a time.

Three generations later, our portfolio has grown across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. What hasn't changed is how we work: directly, attentively, and with the understanding that a building is also someone's home or business.
